AS   A MEMBER OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION:

作为一名医学工作者:

I SOLEMNLY PLEDGE to dedicate my   life to the service of humanity;

我郑重宣誓，我将终生致力于为人类服务；

THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF MY PATIENT will be my   first consideration;

我将患者的健康与幸福作为我的首要顾念；

I WILL RESPECT the autonomy and dignity of my patient;

我将尊重患者的自主权与尊严；

I WILL MAINTAIN the utmost respect for human life;

我将保持对人类生命的最高敬意；

I WILL NOT PERMIT considerations of   age, disease or

disability, creed, ethnic origin, gender, nationality,  

political affiliation, race, sexual orientation, social 

standing or any other   factor to intervene between my 

duty and my patient;

我将不容许有年龄、疾病或残疾、信仰、民族、性别、国籍、政治党派、种族、性取向、社会地位或其他任何因素的考虑，介于我的职责与患者之间；

I WILL RESPECT the secrets that are   confided in me,

even after the patient has died; 

我将尊重所寄托给我的秘密，即使患者已经离世；

I WILL PRACTISE my profession with conscience and  

dignity and in accordance with good medical practice;

我将在医学实践中保持良知与尊严，遵从正确的医学规范；

I WILL FOSTER the honour and noble traditions of the 

medical profession;

我将维护医疗职业的荣誉和高尚的传统；

I WILL  GIVE to my teachers, colleagues, and students 

the respect and gratitude that  is their due;

我将尊重及感戴我的师长、同事与学生；

I WILL SHARE my medical knowledge for the benefit  of the patient and the advancement of healthcare;

我将为患者的利益和医疗卫生事业的进步，分享我的医学知识；

I WILL ATTEND TO my own health, well-being, and 

abilities in order to provide care of the highest standard;

我将关注自身健康、幸福与能力，提供最高标准的照护服务；

I WILL NOT USE my medical knowledge   to violate 

human rights and civil liberties, even under threat;

即使受到威胁，也绝不使用我的医学知识侵犯人权和公民自由；

I MAKE THESE PROMISES solemnly, freely and upon   my honour.

我郑重地，自主地并且以我的人格宣誓。
